Exhibitor Registration


​The Western and Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 2017 Southern Section Annual Meeting and Technical Conference, September 20-22 at the Music City Sheraton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.  As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to personally present your products and services to approximately 250 practicing environmental professionals in the Southeast region.
A Unique Marketing Opportunity

The exhibit floor plan for this conference offers all exhibit spaces maximum exposure throughout the conference.  The reception, breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks will be held in the exhibit hall.  The conference will be self-contained to the Sheraton, offering a more intimate atmosphere.  In addition, all meals are included in the registration fees.  All of these things mean that you will be 100% involved in all conference activities.
Location
  • Sheraton Music City Hotel is located east of Downtown Nashville, Tennessee near the Nashville International Airport.  
  • Exhibits will be located in McGavock Ballrooms A, B, and C.  
  • Meetings, meals and breaks will be held on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in this location.  
  • Breakout sessions will be held in the McGavock and Belle Meade ballrooms.  
  • A reception will be held in the hotel court yard on Wednesday night.
Exhibit Booth Accessories
Each exhibit space will be provided with the following:
  • 8’ x 10’ space
  • Exhibitor identification sign
  • 8’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • One wireless internet connection (additional connection available for additional fee)
  • One 120 Volts / 50 amps / single phase power connection (additional power options available)
  • Meals and Breaks
Conference Registration
  • Each exhibit space comes with One Full Conference Registration.  
  • “Exhibit Hall Only” registrations will be available for those members of your company that will not be attending the general/technical sessions.
Exhibit Space Assignment and Terms
  • Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.  
  • There will be 26 spaces available.  The best opportunity to reserve space is by immediate response.  
  • Applications must be fully completed and accompanied by full payment.  
  • Exhibit space assignments will be made giving priority to the date of receipt of the application with full payment (postmark and time received will be recorded).
  • Exhibit space is expected to be fully reserved at an early date.  
  • Please indicate your space choices (in order of preference) on the application.
  • We will send you a confirmation letter indicating we received your payment and have assigned you an exhibit space number.  
  • Upon receipt of your payment, we will try to provide you with your first exhibit space choice, then second, and third.
