Mississippi Chapter:  EPA recently undertook sweeping changes to reorganize the hazardous waste generator regulations.  These changes were generally intended to promote a better understanding of the regulatory obligations for all hazardous waste generators, from very small to large quantity generators, by better organizing and clarifying certain aspects of the regulations.  Currently, these changes, referred to as the Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule, are in effect at the federal level but not the state level.  Carla Brown of Environmental Compliance & Safety, Inc. will discuss these changes, their impacts, and those portions of the rule MDEQ must adopt.

When: February 27th at 12:00 PM
Sponsored & snacks provided by: Environmental Compliance & Safety, Inc.

Missed the event?  Follow the link for the slides.  Questions?  Ask Chapter board Secretary and presenter, Carla Brown!
